About The Builder

Steve Heflin’s profession in the construction industry spans over two decades. Through Steve Heflin & Associates and Steve Heflin Architect/Builder, Inc., he designs and builds unique custom homes in the greater San Antonio area. Steve is a graduate of the University of Southern Louisiana and is a registered architect. He served as the 2004 President of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA). Heflin has been the recipient of the GSABA‘s Summit Award and the Texas Association of Builders’ Texas Star Award for Custom Homes and One-of-a-Kind Designs.

“Designing and building a family’s dream home has to be more than just construction” is an integral part of Steve’s philosophy. Heflin Architect/Builder, Inc. is blessed with having some of the most outstanding professionals in the home building industry as part of his team.

Our goal is to build homes that architecturally enhance a community for many years to come and provide families a place to make memories that last for generations.
