Ralph Castilla Company was founded by Ralph P. Castilla in 1977.  Ralph began his career in real estate by managing his personal portfolio and then expanding to third party management. Today, associates of Ralph Castilla Company, Realtors^® are highly ranked among their competition.

Ralph utilized more than 33 years experience as a computer programmer and analysts for the United States Air Force (retiring from Randolph AFB in 1989) to launch his career in Real Estate.  His knowledge was a viable asset for the advancing need for information and new technology in his company.

His enjoyment of working with buyers and helping them obtain their dream in property ownership was a proven success.  Ralph completed his 20th year in Real Estate sales.
